Delete Your Account
If you need to delete your M2tric organization, here’s what you should know before proceeding.
What happens when you delete your account
Deletion is permanent. After the grace period, your organization and all its data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- Deletion is scheduled, not immediate. Your organization remains accessible until your current subscription period ends, or for 7 days if you are not on an active subscription.
- All data will be permanently deleted after the grace period — including jobs, clients, sites, measurements, and photos.
- All team members will lose access when the deletion takes effect.
- Your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period.
- You can cancel the scheduled deletion by contacting support before it takes effect.
How to delete your account
Only the organization owner can initiate account deletion.
Step 1: Log in as the account owner
Log in to M2tric as the account owner.
Step 2: Open Settings
Go to Settings from the sidebar.
Step 3: Find the Danger Zone
Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
Step 4: Start deletion
Click Delete Organization.
Step 5: Confirm your identity
Enter your password to confirm your identity.
Step 6: Confirm organization name
Type your organization name to confirm.
Step 7: Confirm deletion
Click Delete Organization in the confirmation dialog.
Not the organization owner?
Only the owner can delete the organization. If you need your personal data removed, contact your organization’s owner or reach out to our support team at support@m2tric.com.
