Can I change plans later?
Yes. See Managing Your Subscription for details on upgrading, downgrading, and cancelling.
What counts as a team member?
Any active user invited to your organization counts toward your plan’s user limit. This includes owners, admins, supervisors, estimators, installers, and read-only users.
What happens if I hit my user limit?
You won’t be able to invite new team members until you upgrade to a plan with a higher limit or remove an existing user.
