Creating Your Account
Getting started with M2tric takes just a few minutes. Sign up with your email, verify your address, and set up your organization to begin managing your flooring jobs.
Step 1: Sign up
Visit the M2tric signup page and enter the following details:
- Full name — your first and last name as you want them to appear on your account.
- Email address — use a valid email you have access to. This will be your login and where you receive notifications.
- Password — choose a strong password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long.
Click Sign up to create your account.
Step 2: Verify your email
After signing up, we’ll send a verification email to the address you provided. Open your inbox and look for an email from M2tric.
- Click the verification link in the email to confirm your address.
- The link will redirect you back to M2tric where you can continue setting up your account.
Don’t see the email? Check your spam or junk folder. Verification emails are sent from noreply@m2tric.com. If you still don’t see it after a few minutes, try signing up again with the same email address to trigger a new verification email.
Step 3: Set up your organization
Once your email is verified, you’ll complete a short onboarding process to set up your company and choose a subscription plan. See the Onboarding guide for full details.
Your account role
When you create an organization, you are automatically assigned the Owner role. This gives you full access to everything in M2tric, including billing, team management, and account settings. You can then invite additional team members and assign them appropriate roles.
Joining an existing organization
If someone from your team has already set up M2tric, you don’t need to create a new organization. Instead:
- Ask your admin or owner to send you an invitation from the Team section of the dashboard.
- Click the link in the invitation email to create your account and join the organization with the role assigned to you.
Account creation is done through the web. After signing up, you can download the M2tric mobile app and log in with the same credentials.
Troubleshooting
- “Email already registered” — an account with this email already exists. Try logging in instead, or use the password reset option if you’ve forgotten your password.
- Verification link expired — sign up again with the same email to receive a fresh link.
- Stuck on onboarding — if you verified your email but aren’t being redirected, try going directly to the M2tric dashboard. The system will pick up where you left off.
